Collaboration, Allness and the Global Order
Allness - that knowing place where One is One with All. Everyone feels it occasionally. Some exist there. others strive to get there. Others are in wonder. Yet others get diverted along who-knows-what.
This is the Year of Collaboration. We are now able to work together for the good of All. Many states are making the changes. Those that have not will need to be fleet of foot to stay the changes that will come to them.
For those that enjoyed the little Cosmic Vertigo/Dragon Surfing session, here is
a summary. For some it helps expansion into true beingness towards Allness.....
My little cosmic exercise...taking yourself into the Allness of Being....
All are always there. Occasionally a hand-rail reminds us we exist and play
everywhere and always in allness. Here is one such hand-rail
Sun at back ( the science = facing North and East is to your right and we are
spinning that way), fly/flow/surf with the energy to right.
Sun at front (the science = facing South, East is on your left and we are
spinning that way), fly/flow/surf with the energy to left.
assume the position....and....
now you are dragon riding....you are your own dragon...and your flying speed
is....
850kph = approximately your speed round Our Earth (in kilo-meters per hour at
the 51st parallel); 98,000kph Earth speed round Our Sun; 800,000kph = Sun speed
round Our Milky Way Galaxy; 1,600,000kph = speed of the circulation around
Sirius/Andromeda/Milky Way Galaxy 'Near Group' celestial cluster. Max speed =
2,4996,00kph… of course at times we are in relational-retro, so we can lose a
few thousand kph or so occasionally.
Now 40 million sub-atomic particles travel through each one of us every second
of our lives, each travelling at up to the speed of light, without touching
anything, and we get some idea of how energy-centric we, and everything,
actually is.
From this place, we can look at this world, our place upon it and how we should
treat it, ourselves and each other.

Leadership 4 U
Leadership......4 U
A GREAT leader makes happen anything they intend and skillfully avoids the unintended through great self knowledge. Being consciously aware of the upper and lower limits of their abilities, the skills of leadership are always applied to the self and one's leadership continues to become stronger.
The 'emotions of leadership' - actually more predispositions and personal awareness of helping motivational sources - are those of anticipation, intention, clarity, evolved impatience, passion, focus, drive, awareness, empathy, self-belief, belief in others, drive to create, manifest and evolve...to realise!
Leadership is like an iceberg....
The obvious abilities are present for all to see. Hidden aptitudes support this visible leadership. The deeper aptitudes form the greater part of leadership. In every way these aptitudes are vital to leadership. Finally and fundamentally, there are the values and predispositions which support and underpin the surface skills and hidden attributes. These deeper predipositions, are the drives and motivators which sculpt motivation, decisons and behaviours - and in the end, success and outcomes.

On the surface you will see these attributes in all effective leaders:
Ability to communicate, dependability, vision, confidence; the skills of planning, decision making, resource and knowledge acquisition, monitoring, setting time frames. These are the objective skills of the leader.
Under the surface, the other 90%
The deeper attributes of leaders: loyalty, due process, gratitude, respect
determination and courage to learn, change, achieve, confront, challenge. Wit all this the energy to make things happen, skillfully mixed with
empathy, judgemental, experience, strong values, commitment; yet they will be sensitive to those whose support is needed; they have a deeper ability to envision & know, to believe in self and work with and through others – which comes from self motivation, commitment, respect and the deep confidence within
But for inspirational leaders, there is more, much more. In inspired leaders all the above is supported by a confidence born of working for higher purpose (great leaders feel ‘owned by humanity’); feeling a loyalty and commitment to others which ensures effortless 'followship’ – a strong determination to support the leader; Inspired leaders move in that warm milieu comprsing great integrity, fairness, honesty, openness, a passion for humanity, the confidence to be great with and through others, a gentle yet strong self belief and a calling for a balanced greater good rather than any self-created purpose. Their inspiration generates a great internalised equilibrium; an intuitive power; a belief and a sense of being which is their source of inspiration within themselves and others whom they touch.
